Laura Lee Lujan, 45, a resident of Chimayo, was born June 17th 1973 and passed away March 28th 2019. She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Anastacio & Adonelia Martinez, Alice A. Sanchez, Celso Lujan, Grandma Josephina Lujan, Step Brother John Romero and several cousins. She was survived by her loving Husband Glen Lujan, Daughters LeeAna Lujan and Deidre Sandoval (Neil Gallegos), parents Larry Sandoval (Joyce Sandoval), Berlinda Martinez (Pete Sanchez), In-Laws George and Velma Lujan, Brother Neil Sandoval (Rhiana Cordova), Sister Amanda Sandoval (Jon Barela), Sister Jessica Medart (Billy Medart), Step Brother Tim Romero and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Laura Lee was an outgoing beautiful person who loved the outdoors, family time, and making people laugh. She touched many peoples heart with her welcoming smile and beautiful personality. Since very young she always had an adventurous personality joining ROTC at the Espanola Valley High School, taking trips all of the time with husband Glen and two daughters, Cruising whether it be with mom Berlinda in fancy green Ferraro, or Husband Glen and his baby blue lowrider. Laura loved to cook for family and friends especially her famous green chili chicken enchiladas. She will be dearly missed by many.
Rosary will be held at 8:30am with Funeral Mass to follow on Thursday April 4th 2019, at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayo with a wake to follow at the Nights of Columbus.
