Leo P. Sandoval

Leo P. Sandoval 67, a resident of Santa Fe, NM passed away on January 28, 2019. Leo was born on September 16, 1951 in Albuquerque, NM to Erlinda Romero Sandoval and Pete Sandoval. Leo was married to Sharon Salas of 20 years. Leo is preceded in death by his parents, Erlinda & Pete Sandoval; sister & brother-in-law Pauline & Rafael Sandoval Aragon; and nephew David Aragon. Leo is survived by his wife Sharon Salas; son’s Gabriel (Glenda) Salas, Ricky (Tara) Salas, Keith Laing and Gary Sandoval; daughter’s Jamie-Rae (Daniel) Diaz and Elena (Bret) Wood; and many loving grandchildren. Leo was a dedicated employee for the State of New Mexico for over 20 years. Leo was a diehard sports fan and loved the Dallas Cowboys, Dodgers, Celtics and Lobos. Pallbearers: Peter Aragon, Robert Duran, Daniel Diaz, and Ricky Salas. Honorary Pallbearers: Kayla Salas, Jordyn Diaz, Daniel Diaz Jr., Jordan Wood, Hannah Wood, Preston Wood, Josiah Anzures, and GabryAnna Salas. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday January 31, 2019 at 7:00pm at the Kiva Chapel of Light located at 417 East Rodeo Road, Santa Fe, NM. Memorial Service will be held on Friday February 1, 2019 at 11:00am at the Kiva Chapel of Light.
