Leroy Archuleta

Mr. (Albert)Leroy Archuleta age 59 of El Rito, NM. died peacefully on Wednesday January 20, 2010 with his family at his side. He was a maintenance Technician at The Santa Fe Community College, and a parishioner at San Juan Nepomuceno Catholic Church in El Rito.He was born in Espanola to the late Celestino and Maria Inez Archuleta. He was also preceded in death by sisters Criselda Madrid and Julia Herrera, brother Jose Andres Archuleta, brother in law Cruz Herrera, and sister in law Cynthia Trujillo-Herrera. He is survived by his beloved wife Jeanne Archuleta, sons; Anthony L. Archuleta and wife Judy, Ernesto V. Archuleta, and Gerald "Tomas" Archuleta and wife Stephanie, grandson Tomas Joaquin Archuleta, brothers Celestino Archuleta, Jr. and Silviano Archuleta and wife Yolanda, sister Floraida Sisneros and husband Jose, brothers in law Eddie Madrid and Felix Herrera, sisters in law Valerie Trujillo and Rosalind Archuleta as well as other relatives. A public viewing will be held on Thursday January 21st, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at The Rivera Family Funeral Home in Espanola, with the rosary being recited at 6:00 p.m. A second rosary will be recited on Friday at 6:00 p.m. at San Juan Nepomuceno Catholic Church in El Rito. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. also at church in El Rito. Interment will take place at the new El Rito Cemetery.
