Lesvia Rodriguez

Lesvia Rodriguez, 60, of El Prado passed away on May 12, 2007. She was an Educational Assistant for special needs students with the Taos Municipal Schools. She was a longtime member of the Guadalupanas and a Eucharist Minister for Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Lesvia gave the gift of life by being an organ donor. She is preceded in death by her son, Valentin Rodriguez III, parents, Jesus & Elena Castillon, brothers, Juan and Jesus Castillon, brothers in law, Oscar Rodriguez and Dan Garcia. She is survived by her husband, Valentin, children, Martin Rodriguez (Jeanette), June Chavez, Patricia Gonzales (Enrique) and Sonya Rodriguez (Juan Carlos). She is also survived by brother, Oscar Castillon (Rosie), sisters, Helen "Lala" Garcia and Belia Rodriguez, grandchildren, Enrique and Alejandro Gonzales, Isaac and Larissa Chavez, sister in law, Carmella Castillon, many close nephews, nieces and other relatives. Rosary was recited on May 18, 2007. Funeral Mass was held on May 19, 2007. Both services were held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment was held at Dolores Cemetery.
