Lillian Spinelli

Lillian Joan Spinelli, a resident of Arroyo Hondo passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 88. 

She was a native New Mexican, born in Farmington to John and Elsie Davis. In 1955, she married the love of her life Bobby Spinelli. They made their home in Clayton, New Mexico. Together they had three children, Bridget, Bobby, and Kim. They were the proud owners of Tony's Western Wear in Clayton NM. In 1982 Lillian and Bobby Sr. decided to move to Capulin, NM and raise cattle. Upon Bobby Sr.’s passing Lillian moved around New Mexico with her children, eventually settling in Arroyo Hondo. 

Her passion was playing bridge. Her family describes her as the kindest spirit you could ever meet. She had a positive attitude about life and its obstacles. She was pleasant and engaged in conversation easily. She will be missed dearly. 

She is survived by her children Bobby (Sherry), and Kim (Bill), her grandchildren Lena, Shoni, Eason, and Justin, great grandchildren Corbin, Tenley, Grayson, and Gracie. 

She is proceeded in death by her husband Bobby Spinelli Sr. her daughter Bridget, her parents John and Elsie Davis, and many other relatives and friends.
