Lloyd Quintana

Lloyd Quintana, (50), of Santa Fe, New Mexico passed away on January 4, 2023 unexpectedly.  He is survived by his wife Marie Elaine Valdez, the love of his life. Son’s Justin (Savannah), Jerad (Jessica). His ray’s of sunlight, his granddaughter’s Azalaya, Ava, and Jonah (grandson). His brother Richard, and sister LoriAnn (James), dad Richard Sr., His amazing father and mother in law, Eloy and Helen Valdez. His aunties Lucy, Melva, Lourdes and Monica and uncle Abe. Close cousin Jennifer (Mike) Martinez. Godson Mikey and Goddaughter Iysha. Brothers in law Fidel (Kathy), Matthew (Ana), David (Sisi). And several nieces and nephews as well as many other relatives and special friends and coworkers etc. Lloyd was preceded in death by many aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and very close friends, but his biggest losses were his grandma Rosario and mother Anabel.

Lloyd was the branch manager of Guadalupe Credit Union on Don Diego. He was in the financial industry for decades and was well known, loved and respected by many. His smile will forever be alive in our hearts. He will always be remembered as an amazing Husband, Father, Brother, Grandpa and Friend. If you knew Lloyd you knew he was one of a kind and a kind you’ll never forget.

The viewing will be held on Monday January 9th, 6:00 p.m. at Rivera Family Funeral home. 417 Rodeo Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505.

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday January 11th, 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 1301 Osage, Santa Fe, NM 87505.

Interment will be held following the Services at Agua Fria Cemetery, Santya Fe, NM.

Reception will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott. Following the burial. 3347 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87507.
