Lorraine Maley

Lorraine A. Maley, 77, passed away on April 30, 2022. She was born on August 22, 1944 in Pecos, NM to Trinidad Ortega and Juan Varela.  Lorraine married Richard (Dick) Maley on February 29, 1996 in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Trinidad (Trini) Ortega and Juan Varela, husband; Richard (Dick) Maley, brothers; Gonzalo J. Varela (Helen) Billy Varela and like a son James (Jimmy) Varela, sisters; Dolores (Johnny Ortiz) and Betty (Frankie Varela).

She is survived by her brother; Gene Varela, sons; Eric Herrera (Monique), Daryl Quintana, Clint Wells (Cindy) Santiago Feliz, Granddaughters; Sativa Herrera, Trinity Herrera, Alexia Herrera, Cattleya Herrera, Kiera Herrera, grandson; Conner Wells.  

Lorraine was a graduate of Pecos High School.  Lorraine was a devoted Catholic and loved her family.  She left behind many relatives and friends that will continue to miss and love her through eternity.

Full Catholic Funeral Mass and Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date.
