Luis Apodaca

Luis Apodaca, 55, of Santa Fe passed away on July 31, 2011 due to an illness. He was born on March 30, 1956 in Santa Fe to Luisa Apodaca and Bernardino Apodaca, and married Kathy Apodaca on July 9, 2011. Luis is preceded in death by his mother, Luisa Apodaca and father, Bernardino Apodaca. He is survived by his wife, Kathy Apodaca, daughter, Gina Apodaca, son, Joseph Apodaca, daughter-in-law, Renee Lopez, daughter, Jennifer Apodaca, daughter-in-law, Melissa Lucero, grandsons, Jose and Crucito Apodaca, and many brothers, sisters, aunts and uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Luis touched the lives of many people he encountered every day. He will be missed by many and was loved by all. Pallbearers: Joseph Apodaca, Danny Apodaca, Frank Griego, Eliseis Griego, Matthew Montoya, Justin Montoya, Luis Martinez, and Joseph Martinez. An evening prayer service was held on August 4, 2011 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, located at 130 Rabbit Road, Santa Fe, NM. A rosary was recited on August 5, 2011 at The Rivera Family of Santa Fe Funeral Options Chapel. Interment followed at the Santa Fe Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
