Lynn Gould

Lynn loved life.  Her two greatest passions were gardening and bird watching.

When we moved to Santa Fe to retire, we were going to downsize.  But instead, we purchased what is probably one of the largest properties in the La Pradera Subdivision, with expansive front and back yards, which she spent more than a decade developing into lovely gardens.

Over our many years together we continued traveling around the world to experience new adventures, finding beautiful birds and other interesting wildlife: throughout North, Central, and South America, as well as Mexico, in China and throughout Europe, in Australia and neighboring Tasmania, and in the Arctic and lastly during a wonderful month-long cruise around the Antarctic and neighboring islands—where we experienced several species of penguins, whales, dolphins, and seals.  Remarkably, because of Lynn’s enthusiasm, our travels took us to all seven continents of the world! 

Lynn was the sweetest most kind person I have ever known.  I will greatly miss my life-long partner of more than 62 years—from now until my own inevitable end.
