Marcia Sanchez

Marcia R. Sanchez, 88, of Talpa passed away on June 29, 2023.  She retired from Taos Municipal School.  She was also a foster grandma thru the Senior Program.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Sarge” Sanchez, son, Feliciano Sanchez, parents, Carlos and Mariana Romero, siblings, Alonzo and Benito Romero, Agatha Gomez, daughter in law,  Pauline Sanchez. She is survived by her children, Richard Sanchez, David Sanchez, (Jennifer) Maria Vigil (Ken), and Patrick Sanchez (Anna), 21 grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, sisters, Trinni Barela (Luis) and Olivia Martinez, sisters in law, Julia Romero and Alice Helen Vasquez, brother in law, Gilbert Salinas (Tamara) and many other relatives and friends.

Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 6 PM at San Francisco de Asis. Funeral Mass will be Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 10 AM at San Francisco de Asis with interment to follow at Talpa Cemetery
