Margarita Anaya

Maria Margarita Anaya, 91, of Taos passed away on November 15, 2010. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Rafael Martinez and second husband, Margarito Gonzaga Anaya, parents, Herman and Fidelia Maes, step- mother, Raquel Maes, sons, Rolando Martinez and Luis Anaya, daughters, Edna Miera and Selsa Couch. She is survived by her children, Robert L. Martinez (Lillian) of El Prado, Carmel Manzanares (Dennis) of Santa Fe, Steve Anaya (Evelyn) of Taos and Loretta Anaya (Lorrie Carrillo) of Taos, daughter-in-law, Tina Martinez and son-in-law, Larry Couch. She is also survived by 93 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great-grandchildren, brothers, Paul Maes (Mary Alice) and Herman Maes, her sister, Sister Maria Maes and many other relatives. Rosary was recited on November 17, 2010. Funeral mass was held on November 18, 2010. Both services were held at San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church. Interment was held at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
