Margarito Trujillo

Margarito Trujillo of Cañon, Taos, NM, died on June 26, 2017, at the age of 94 at the Taos Living Center. Margarito was a proud veteran of World War II and a well known musician, especially remembered for his excellent accordion playing. He was also a devout Catholic and member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marcelino and Dominga Trujillo, brothers Samuel and Elizardo Trujillo, his sister Isabel Johnson, and nephew Robert (Bob) Sandoval. He is survived by his brother Robert Sandoval; nephews John, Tim, and Jake Sandoval; nieces Deborah Petty, Lena Mares, Marie and Teresa Trujillo, and other nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends. He was much loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Rosary and Mass will be held consecutively on Wednesday, July 05, 2017 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church starting at 9 AM and 10 AM.
