Maria Elena Salazar, 82, of Valdez passed away December 31, 2011. She is survived by children, Vickie (Meliton), Robert and Mary Ann, 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Rosary was recited on January 4, 2012. Funeral mass was held on January 5, 2012. Both services were held at the Valdez Church. Interment was held at the Valdez Cemetery.
