Maria Juanita Vigil

Maria Juanita Vigil, 94, of La Puebla passed away in her home surrounded by her loved ones on June 07, 2016. Maria was a devoted Jehovah’s Witness and enjoyed being with her Christian Brothers and Sisters. She also enjoyed her summers outside with her flowers and was always very joyful, loving and caring. She welcomed everyone to her home whether friend or stranger. She is preceded in death by her parents, Melicendro and Felicita Montoya, her husband, Simon Vigil, her children, Estevan, Consuelo, Paula, Bernie, Rudy, Cecilio and Gaby Vigil and numerous brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children, Nellie and husband, Michael Martinez, Eva Vigil, Danny, Archie and wife, Patsy, Gilbert and wife, Roselene Vigil, Rhonda Montoya and husband, Steven, 24 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren, brothers, Salomon and Manuel, sisters, Eufelia, Candelaria, Modesta and Carmen, as well as countless friends and relatives. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 09, 2016 at 6 PM at Rivera Funeral Home. The family would like to thank everyone for their support and kindness.
