Marianne Thompson

Marianne (Oravetz) Thompson age 79, a resident of Santa Fe passed away May 28, 2016 of natural causes. Marianne was born January 17, 1937 in Ambridge, PA to Helen and Andrew Oravetz. Marianne is preceded in death by her parents Helen and Andrew Oravets and her son Ralph Ingram. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Le Roy Thompson, brother’s Fred and James Oravetz, step-daughter Lisa Daughtery, grand-daughters Aleah, Jillian, and Kelsey Ingram and grand-son Connor Ingram. Marianne proudly served in the United States Air Force as a Flight Traffic Specialist-I and an Administrative Assistance to the City Manager in the city of San Leandro, California. A Memorial service will be celebrated Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Montezuma Lodge #1. Interment will be Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted on behalf of the Montezuma Lodge #1 operating expense.
