Marilyn Cohen

Marilyn Cohen (Knudsen), age 79, passed away on Thanksgiving Day (November 23, 2023). She was born in Denver, Colorado to Jack and Margaret Knudsen. She was one of ten children.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland University and worked in Denver as a social worker. She was a woman of many virtues and talents. She was quiet and shy, yet spunky and passionate. She was a great cook, a talented gardener, and artistic in several ways. She was an animal lover and the heart of the Knudsen family. She was an exceptional homemaker for most of her life,

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Cohen, her parents and 8 of her siblings.

Surviving her are her dog and best friend, Petee, her brother, Keith, sister in law, Carol, brothers-in-law, Tom and Dan, nieces, Alicia, Sara, and Kristin and nephews, Brian and Luke.

Graveside service will take place on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 12PM at Eretz Shalom Cemetery in Ranchos de Taos, NM.
