MARIQUITIA SANCHEZ, 85, Life long resident of Lamy, New Mexico, Passed Away Friday, October 31, 2008 in Santa Fe following a short illness. She was born August 22, 1923 in Lamy, the daughter of Juan and Remedios Sanchez. Mariquitia is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. A Service will be conducted at 10:00am Friday, November 7, 2008 at the Stanley Union Church with burial to follow at the Lamy cemetery.
