Mary Helen Gallegos, 77, went to our Lord and Savior peacefully on August 3, 2019. Mary was born on August 17, 1941 to Fedelino and Fedelina Armijo Salazar in Cerillos, NM. She was a fiercely devout and loving mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, neighbor, and friend and will be missed beyond measure and will remain in our hearts forever. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to St. Vincent's Hospital PCU Unit and Mark Seredowych, MD for taking special hospital care of our beloved mother, and to Josh Brown, MD and medical assistant Antonette for their continued year-round support and care. Special thanks to Michael and Natalie for assisting in the daily care of Grandma Mary. The family wishes to express our gratitude to Eucharistic minister Mary Roybal who faithfully brought Holy Communion every Sunday to Mary and Adrian and also to Chappy Jose Villegas for his loving eulogy and assistance. The family sincerely appreciates all of the prayers, support, and love during this very difficult time.
