Mary M. Gomez, 90, of Cordillera passed away on December 29, 2006. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Lorraine Gomez, parents, Benito & Auberelia Mondragon, brothers and sisters, Elfido, Elizardo, Paul and Solidea Mondragon and Eleanor Maestas stepson, George Gomez and one step grandson. She is survived by her husband Ben Gomez, daughters, Bennie M McJunkins (Ray) of Cordillera, Frances Wilson (Karl) of Chicago, Ill, Jane Nichols (Tony) of Lebanon, Missouri, and son, Robert Gomez (Alta) of Fishersville, VA. She is also survived by grandchildren, Kerry L. McJunkins (Heidi), Michael J. McJunkins, Robert L. Gomez Jr. (Janet), Dennis Gomez (Erin), Victoria Mininger (Brian), Brandon Wilson, Dakota and Sawyer Nichols, sister in law, Manuelita Mondragon, step grandchildren, Tessie Gomez Prudencio, George Gomez Jr., Benny and Marvin Gomez, Alodia Wilson Woods and David Wilson. Funeral service was held on Thursday, January 04, 2007 at Rivera Funeral Home. Interment was held at Los Cordovas Cemetery.
