Matias Lorenzo Gonzales

Matias (Lorenzo) Gonzales passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 11, 2009. He was born September 20, 1969 in Santa Fe, NM. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Fermin and Benigna Aragon and his paternal grandfather Matias Gonzales. Matias is survived by his beloved children Abby Gail Gonzales and Lawrence Lee Gonzales, his parents; Matias and Eloisa , paternal grandmother; Irene M. Gonzales, uncles, aunts, and families: John and Linda Gonzales, Marion and Ben Cheevers, Mary and Joe Martinez, Fermin and Patsy Aragon, Leroy and Linda Aragon, Thomas and June Aragon, Mark and Toni Aragon, Liz and Steve DesGeorges, Marcella and Rogelio Pinon, and Maternal great aunt Margaret Lucero. He is also survived by the mother of his children Melissa Montoya and special friend Ruth Perea. A Rosary will be recited at 10:00am Thursday, January 15, 2009 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, in Pena Blanca, with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00am. Burial will take place Friday, January 16, 2009 at 10:30am at Rosario Cemetery in Santa Fe. Honorary Pallbearers will include: Abby Gail Gonzales, Lawrence Gonzales, Matt Dotson, Johnny Gonzales, and Randy Aragon.
