Mavis Concha-Ortiz

Mavis Michael Concha-Ortiz of Taos, infant daughter of Michael Concha-Ortiz and Jennifer Gonzales, passed away unexpectedly on September 23, 2012. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Lupe Concha, great grandparents, Antonio and Ignacia Concha, Juan and Felicita Ortiz, Jose-Frank and Eusebia Gonzales and Jose F. Gonzales. She is survived by her parents, Michael and Jennifer, sisters, Alexandra Gonzales, Shania Concha-Ortiz, Autyana Concha-Ortiz, Sophia Concha-Ortiz, grandparents, Mary Ortiz, Felix and Libbie Gonzales, great grandmother, Beatrice Gonzales, aunts, Berna Ortiz (Cici), Tess Ortiz, Felicia Cardenas (Richard), Mandy Mascarenas (Fabian), uncles, Max Ortiz, Johnny Ortiz (Wendy), Tony Concha (Delilah), along with several cousins, great aunts and great uncles. Funeral service was held on September 29, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment was held at the Pacheco Cemetery.
