Melanie Garcia

Melanie Garcia (36) came into this world on April 8th 1986, she left this world on August 13th 2022. Melanie was preceded in death by great grandparents Albert Sr and Mary Henzie, and Isabel Urban. Great uncle and aunt Ken and Mary Law, Aunt Kimberly Henzie and Uncle Daniel Romero. She is survived by parents Edward and Theresa Romero, siblings Daniel Romero (Destany Montoya), Michael Romero, Elizabeth Soveranes (Jose) nephews and nieces Joshua, Zachary, Sarah, Aria and Quinn. Grandparents Albert Jr and Rita Henzie, Robert Sr and Manuelita Romero, uncles and aunts Bill (Melissa) Robert Jr and Cynthia (Abram) Cousins Austin, Mariah, Johnathan, Amber and Opal. Also, Tom Garcia and Luke Guana. Thank you to everyone for their outreach and support. A special thank you to Eutimio Ortiz for all his support and assistance. 

A Rosary will be held on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 7:00PM at the Rivera Family Kiva Chapel of Light, 417 Rodeo Rd., Santa Fe, NM.

A Mass for Melanie will be held on Tuesday, September 13 at 2:00PM at San Isidro Catholic Church, 3552 Auga Fria, Santa Fe, NM with her burial to follow at 3:30PM at Agua Fria Cemetery.
