Michael E. McCown – Age 47 a resident of Española passed away on, Saturday, July 14th, 2007. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Margaret Elzora-Fletcher; mother, June McCown; and a nephew, David Moore. May their souls rest in peace. He is survived by his daughters: Charity and Mandi McCown both of Colorado; son, Michael Cody McCown of Albuquerque; companion, Alice Martinez of Rio Chama; sisters: Katherine Santos of Albuquerque and Peggy Moore and fiancé Ken Coulter of NE; nieces and nephews: Rachelle Muschett of Texas, Andrea Henderson and Shane Moore both of Colorado, Jessi Doke, Korey Moore, Katie Moore and Caleb Moore all of NE; and numerous other relatives and friends. Public visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 18th, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary with a devotional service to be held at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 19th, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Block-Salazar Mortuary.
