Michael J. Archuleta

Michael J. Archuleta, age 49 of Espanola died on Saturday, November 6, 2010 as the result of an accident. He leaves behind his beloved wife and a family whom he cared for very much. He enjoyed camping, fishing and the outdoors, working and supporting his family, spending time with his children and grandchildren and his friend Freddy Quintana, and watching Bonanza. He worked for San Pedro Sonic, Capital Fencing and Affordable Transmission. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, mother Antonia Garcia-Archuleta, two brothers Gilbert Donuts and Robert Archuleta, and mother-in-law Prescilla Torrez. He is survived by his beloved wife Betty Archuleta, sons Antonio and Miguel Montoya and Gilbert Lovato, brother Carlos Archuleta, brother-in-law Raoul Torrez, daughters Angelica, Doreen and Vanessa Lovato, sisters Elaine and Loretta, ten grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces and other relatives. An evening memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 10th in the chapel at Rivera Family Funeral Home in Espanola. The mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on December 11th, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Iglesia De Santa Cruz De La Canada with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
