Miguel Peralta

Miguel Peralta, age 39 a resident of Santa Fe, formally of Taos passed away April 30, 2016. Miguel was an accomplished self-taught sculptor who was well regarded within the Santa Fe art community. Miguel is preceded in death by his mother Stephanie Peralta, grandparents Eloy & Maria Peralta and uncle Art Peralta. He is survived by his wife Jessica Peralta of Santa Fe, daughters Mariquela Jackson – Peralta of Taos, Alyssa Peralta, Mia Peralta, and Abrielle Peralta all of Santa Fe, son’s Donaciano Michael Peralta and Evan Peralta both of Santa Fe, brother and sister – in-law Antonette Sanchez (Kristin) and Matthew Sanchez (Felicia & Donovan), parents-in-law Christine Marquez and Jesse Sanchez, Monica Peralta Silva, Laura Peralta and Joey Peralta who were like sisters and brothers to him, uncles and aunts Alford & Liz Peralta, Fred & Dolly Peralta, Ignacio & Becky Peralta, Louie & Sandy Peralta, Inez Peralta as well as numerous cousins. A Rosary will be recited Thursday May 5th, 2016, 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Taos. A Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday May 6th, 2016 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church followed by Interment at Sierra Vista cemetery – Taos
