Miguel Perez-Lopez

Miguel Angel Perez- Lopez, age 46, passed away on April 30, 2022. Miguel was born on November 12, 1975. He was born and raised in the small town of Calvillo in Aguas Calientes, Mexico. He came to the United States at the age of 15. He moved to California with his Uncle Antonio Lopez and later moved to La Madera, New Mexico. Miguel attended Mesa Vista High School at Mesa Vista, NM. He was a hardworking man and would take on any job, big or small. Miguel was employed at The Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs for 8 years, where he met his wife Rachel and made his home in Ojo Caliente, NM. He became very well-known there. Miguel was taken in by the Seek community with open arms and was well loved and cared for.

Miguel is survived by his wife Rachel Perez, daughter Mireya Angelica Perez, daughter Katie Pacheco, daughter Stephanie Pacheco, son Miguel Angel Perez- Lopez JR, son Herbe Rubio Saurez, son Allen Pacheco, granddaughter Mirakle Brooke Pacheo, father Jesus Perez- Rodriguez, mother Margarita Lopez-Lopez, sister Candelaria and husband Martin Estrada, sister Maria de Jesus and husband Juan Antonio Mesillas, sister Monica and husband Juan Martinez, sister Carmelia Jesus Rodriguez, sister Zulema Perez, brother Jose Polito-Perez, broher Refugio Perez, brother Moises and Medel.

Miguel was a wonderful man full of life. All those who were blessed to meet him were inevitably drawn to the kindness of his heart. You could always find Miguel with a smile from ear to ear and when you heard him chuckle it filled your heart to see him so cheerful. Miguel was always willing to help in any way he could, he would take the shirt off his back to give to someone in need. Miguel was loving, caring and all heart. Miguel will be greatly missed.

Services will be held on Wednesday May 11, 2022. Viewing at 11:00am and Rosary at 12:00pm at Rivera Family Funeral Home in Espanola, NM.
