Milton Eugene Spivey

Milton Eugene Spivey, 70, of Taos passed away on March 4, 2013 peacefully at home surrounded by his family after battling leukemia. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was a police officer in Las Vegas, NV. He was the owner of Spiveys Decorating, along with his wife for 36 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Pauline Spivey. He is survived by his wife, Ginger Spivey, daughters, Karen Escalante (Saul), grandchildren, Roman and Sofia Escalante and Kim Coffey (Max). He is also survived by his sister, Susan Scott (Halbert), sisters in-law, Rosalie Clark (Charlie), Elsie Lucero (Lee), Flora Torres (Ernest), Elva Tafoya, Jane Trujillo (Archie) and Millie Rivali. Memorial service was held on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the Sagebrush Conference Center.
