Nancy Stratton

Nancy Wharton Stratton, 54, of Santa Fe, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2008 due to a lengthy illness. She was born to Bud and Pat Wharton on April 15, 1954, in St. Joseph Missouri. Nancy graduated from Hutchison, Kansas High School and attended Kansas University and later the University of Arizona. She later came to Santa Fe in the early 80s. Nancy is survived by, children; Ann Mitchell and her husband Jesse of Albuquerque, and Stephen Stratton of Scottsdale, Arizona, her parents; Bud and Pat Wharton of Santa Fe, brother; Frank Wharton of Santa Fe, Greg Stratton, the father of her children, uncle; Dale Wharton of Montreal, Canada, and 3 grandchildren; Mariah Velarde, Jayda Mitchell and Ava Mitchell. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at 10:00am at Santa Fe Funeral Options.
