Neal Walker

June 26, 1956 — August 1, 2020

Neal Brian Walker, longtime resident of Cimarron County passed away in Los Alamos, New Mexico on August 1st, 2020, at the age of 64. 

Neal was born June 26th, 1956 to Cecil and Louise Walker in Clayton, New Mexico. He was raised in Kenton, Oklahoma and graduated with the class of 1974 from Boise City High School.

Neal was a jack of many trades, but primarily worked as a farmer, rancher, hay man, and water well man. He was blessed with three children, Jessie and Krista, and Jeremy Moore. He was very proud of being baptized in Christ on July 14th, 2003. 

Neal enjoyed building, spoiling his amazing grandchildren and spending time with his family. 

Neal is preceded in death by his parents Cecil and Louise Walker, his sister Marie Louise Walker, one niece Christie Cryer, one nephew Aaron Walker, his brother-in-law Mark Stevenson and one nephew-in-law Lloyd Coble. 

He is survived by his three children, Krista Gray and her husband Travis Gray of Boise City, Oklahoma, Jessie Walker and his wife Danielle of Los Alamos, New Mexico, and Jeremy Moore. He is also survived by his three siblings, Noreen Stevenson of Boise City, Oklahoma, Wayne Walker and his wife Zena of Boise City, Oklahoma and Eddie Walker and his wife Cerita of Kenton, Oklahoma. And his three precious granddaughters Taryn, Audrey, and Lynzee. 

Memorials may be made directly to the Boise City Recreation Foundation P.O. Box 212 Boise City, OK 73933. 

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 15th, 2020 at Boise City School Auditorium with Galen Smith officiating.  

Interment was held on Tuesday, August 11th, 2020 at Kenton Cemetery.
