Nick Onesimo Baros

Nick Onesimo Baros, age 86 passed away on June 2, 2017. Born on May 7, 1931 to Rosendo and Senaida in Mora, New Mexico. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Robert Baros, brothers Tony and Eloy, and sister Gema. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Percy Baros, sons Ernie (Rose), John (Liz), Raymond, and Steve (Jane), daughters Dorothy, Carol (Richard), and Patricia (Hubert), sisters Flora and Mary, 17 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Nick was in the US Army and served in the Korean War. He retired from Mountain Bell Telephone Company. The Visitation will be held on Monday, June 12 at 6:00pm, followed by a Rosary at 7:00pm in the Kiva Chapel of Light (Rivera Family Funeral Home). The Mass will be on Tuesday, June 13, at 11:00am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with a Burial to follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
