Ninfa Ortiz

Ninfa Ortiz, 91, was called to be with the Lord on 11-11-17 after a lengthy illness, surrounded by her family. She was born 1-18-1926, to Felipe and Felicita Armijo in Pecos NM. She is preceded in death by her parents, two sons Phillip Gonzales, Charlie Ortiz and Gilbert Gonzales. Leaves behind her beloved family Dennis Ortiz (Gloria), Lester Ortiz, Deril Gonzales, Belinda Armijo, Annabelle Gonzales (Millie), Juanita Gonzales (Carlos), best friend and granddaughter Crystal Armijo (Mandy), Michelle Ortiz, Shawntae (Jamie), Felisha Barela, grandsons Julian Gonzales (Brittany) and Charles Ortiz, 4 great granddaughters and 7 great grandsons, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Her life and rebirth will be celebrated at St. Johns the Baptist with a Rosary on Wednesday, Nov 15, 2017 at 7pm and a Mass to follow on Thursday, Nov 16, 2017 at 11am. Honorary Pallbearers includes Crystal Armijo, Julian Gonzales, Shawntae, Felish Barela, Michelle, and Charles Ortiz. Pallberers are Dion, D’Angelo Barbero, Zachary, Dominic, Anthony Ortiz, and Jay Jacquez. Internment follows at Rosario Cemetery.
