Patricia (Patsy) Ulibarri-Lawrence, 71 – A resident of Santa Fe died suddenly on Tuesday, March 20, 2019, surrounded by her family. She was married to Richard Lawrence for twenty years who she joined in heaven. She was born on September 16, 1947 in Las Vegas, NM to Maximo (Max) Ulibarri and Sofia Archuleta-Ulibarri of Santa Fe, NM. Patricia worked and owned Fred’s Drive –In. She was also a landscaper for many years. Patricia was the founder of Fred’s Socorro Chili Stand and often helped run the business.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Maximo and Sofie Ulibarri; her ex-husband, Fred Johnson with whom she remained best friends; and her son, Jimmy Johnson.
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa and son David Johnson. She has 2 grandchildren, Latisha and Lorenzo Johnson; 2 brothers, Richard (Mary) Ulibarri and Charley Ulibarri; 3 step -sons, 6 step-grandchildren, 5 nephews and nieces, and 8 great nephews and nieces.
Pallbearers are Shannon Quintana, Lannette LeDoux and Richard Ulibarri II. Honorary pallbearers are Pete Ulibarri, Alfonso Ulibarri, Eloy Ulibarri and Jimmy Ulibarri and many relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank Hospice, all our friends and family and Rivera’s Family Funeral Home for all their help and support in this time of sorrow.
A Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, March 26 at 7:00 p.m. at The Kiva Chapel of Light
Mass will be on Wednesday, March 27 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anne’s Catholic Church.
