Patrick R. Coe went home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Tuesday, November 8th, with his loving partner Diana by his side.
Pat was born in Laingsburg, MI on August 22, 1951 to Sarah and Thomas Coe.
Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Siblings: John Coe, Mary Schikorra, James Coe (Leola), Joseph, Thomas, Ann Archer (Larry), Michael, Vincent and brother-in-law Stuart Freeman.
Pat is survived by his loving partner, Diana Archuleta, sister, Sarah Freeman, brother, David Coe (Pamela), sister-in-law, Margo Coe, brother-in-law, Al Schikorra; Godson: Angelo Baca. Pat is also survived by Diana’s family: Elfa, Gilbert, Arthur, Elmer (Johanna), Yolanda (Marcus), Julia and by many loving nieces and nephews.
Pat graduated from Laingsburg High School in 1969 and then attended Michigan State University and Central Michigan. Pat began his career in automotive sales and management after college and worked in the industry for 42 years. Following his automotive career, he pursued a career in real estate.
Pat was a devout Catholic and founding member of Santa Maria de la Paz Catholic Community where he was a past member of the Finance Council, Lector, Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, Extraordinary Minister to the Homebound, Master of Ceremonies and St. Nicholas. As a member of Santa Maria, Pat was involved in the creation of the Sister Theresa Gleason Golf Tournament that has provided many scholarships for parish youth. Pat was also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Pat will be greatly missed by Diana, and all his family and friends.
Pat’s services are as follows: Viewing on Sunday, November 20th from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at Rivera Family Funeral Home, 417 Rodeo Road, Santa Fe; Rosary at 7:00 pm Sunday, November 20th at Santa Maria de la Paz Catholic Community, 11 College Avenue, Santa Fe; Funeral mass at 10:00 am on Monday, November 21st at Santa Maria de la Paz with a reception to follow at the Parish Hall, and Burial on Tuesday, November 22nd at 2:00 pm at Memorial Gardens, 417 Rodeo Road, Santa Fe.
