PAUL ANDREW (BOZ) ABEYTA

Paul Andrew (Boz) Abeyta passed away December 11, 2020 at the age of 58.  He was born February 12, 1962 in Santa Fe. Paul was a talented custom home builder and Santero. He enjoyed playing his guitar, hunting, fishing and camping in the mountains he loved so much, and most of all loved riding his Harley.  He was a compassionate person, always willing to help others, loved animals, was very devoted to his family, and had a great sense of humor. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lourdes P. Abeyta and Gilbert A. Abeyta; brothers, Ted Pena (Rose), and Gilbert R. Abeyta; sisters, Josie Calles, Charlotte Chavez (Sam); and nephews, Sebastian (his god-son), Gabriel, Patrick, Raymond, Chris, Bill, and his niece Christina.

He is survived by his sisters, Cynthia Gonzales (Ruben), Jessica Sandoval (Robert), Frances Armijo (Charlie), Sandra Songer (Billie), and Marcella Ortega (Robert); god-daughter, Camille Gonzales and many nieces and nephews

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, April 23, 2021 at 10:00 am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church.  Interment will follow at Rosario Cemetery.
