Paul Roybal, 51, of Rio Lucio passed away unexpectedly on November 7, 2012. He is survived by his daughter, Julia Montoya, parents, Teodoro and Eneda Roybal, brothers, Marvin and Michael (Audrey) Roybal, sister, Adelina Cartagena (Carlos) and many other relatives and friends. Rosary was recited on November 9, 2012. Funeral mass was held on November 10, 2012. Both were held at San Antonio de Padua Church.
