Paulette Frayer

Paulette Vasquez Cebrian Frayer, 31, of Santa Fe, passed away on November 9, 2011. She was born on June 8, 1980 in Butuan City, the Philippines to Merlen Vasquez Cebrian and Paul Mondoy Cebrian and married Daniel Keith Frayer on December 21, 2003 in Phoenix, AZ. Paulette is survived by her spouse, Daniel Keith Frayer and daughter, Eliana Lucia Cebrian Frayer, both of Santa Fe; father, Paul Mondoy Cebrian, mother, Merlen Vasquez Cebrian, brother, Paul Cebrian, Jr. and sister, Jonoh Ghea Moral all of Butuan City, the Philippines; and brother, Jehu Cebrian of Dublin, Ireland. Paulette was greatly loved and admired by many for her compassion, her generous spirit, her sense of purpose and joy, and her beautiful smile. She will be grievously missed by friends and family, both in her native Philippines and the U.S. A graveside service was held on November 13, 2011 at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM.
