Pauline Ophelia Jacquez

Pauline Ophelia Jacquez, age 76, a resident of Espanola, formerly from Gallina, passed away September 8, 2018. She was born November 5, 1941 in Ojito, New Mexico. Her parents were Cristobal and Lugardita Quintana. She married Roger Jacquez from Gallina, New Mexico on August 10, 1963. She was preceded in death by her parents Cristobal and Lugardita Quintana from Tapiacitas/Ojito, New Mexico, her husband Roger Jacquez of Gallina, son Stevie Jacquez of Gallina, father-in-law Fulgencio Jacquez of Gallina, mother-in-law Juanita Jacquez of Gallina, brother-in-law Buddy Lewellen Sr. of Bloomfield, niece Gail Lewellen of Bloomfield, nephew Buddy Lewellen Jr. of Bloomfield. She is survived by her children: Gary (Julie), Michelle (Lawrence); grandchildren: Rebecca (Isaiah), Matthew (Samantha), Kaylene, Cory (Mariah), Joby, Anna (Terrance), and Ryan. Great grandchildren: Alex, Kashton, Ava Lynn, Dorian, Sylas, and Ariana Grace. She is also survived by her special friend Maria Martinez, loving brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and many other loving relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at 10am at Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe Catholic Church in Gallina, NM followed by burial at the Gallina Cemetery.
