COURTESY ANNOUNCEMENT Paul Salazar, 83, a lifelong resident of Hernandez, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday, July 16, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert Salazar, Gregoria & Catarino Casaus, sons; Paul & Lucas, brother; Robert, bother-in-laws; Pedro Trujillo, John Munoz & Eulalio Griego, daughter-in-law; Connie Salazar, ex wife; Delores Salazar. Paul was one of a kind. He was loving, kind hearted and genuine. Those that knew him were touched by his loving ways. He is survived by his children, Sandra Naranjo (Gerald), Loren, Erica Salazar (Ben); grandchildren, Danielle (Mark), Joseph, Arren, Adrien, Gabriella, Jerrid (Desiree), Jessica and Angelic; great grandchildren, Azaziah, Mariah, Devin, Paul Jr., Antonia, Arriana, Jerrid Jr., Zadien and Emillia; Siblings’, Celso Salazar (Socorro), Rose Munoz, Dora Griego and many other friends and family. A rosary will be recited on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 10:00am at San Jose Catholic Church in Hernandez followed by a mass and burial at the San Jose Catholic Cemetery in Hernandez. Reception following burial at Sacred Heart Parish Hall, Espanola, NM.
