Peter H. Montoya

Peter H. Montoya, 79 – Passed away in peace and surrounded in love on Sunday, November 18, 2018. Our beloved Pete was a devoted husband, brother, uncle, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He enjoyed being outdoors, and loved visiting with family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents John and Annie; brothers: Fred (Joan), Reuben and the mother of his children Dolores. He is survived by his wife Lupe Montoya; brothers: Joseph Eddie; sisters: Virginia (Gennie) and Jake Salazar, Tessie and Arthur Johnson, sister-in-law, Angela; children: Ronald (Yolanda), Steve (Penny) and Sandra; step-children: Andrew, Lenora (Paul); 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his extended family and many special work friends. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Kiva Chapel of Light with a rosary to be recited at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with interment to follow at the Santa Fe Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
