Peter R. Garcia, 62, of Llano Quemado passed away September 29, 2009. He is preceded in death by his mother, Helen Knez and step-father, Raymond Knez. He is survived by spouse, Conchita A. Garcia, daughter, Rosario A. Garcia Hawks (Christopher) of Newport News, Virginia, son, Zacarias I. Garcia of Llano Quemado, grandchildren, Charlotte Amelia and Gabriel Hawks, sister, Madeline Bingham (Wingo) of Scottsdale, Arizona, brother, Gregory Knez of Craig, Colorado, and other relatives and friends. Rosary will be recited on Sunday, October 4, 2009 at 7 PM at San Francisco de Asis Church. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, October 5. 2009 at 10 AM at San Francisco de Asis Church. Interment will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 3 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
