Peter Zamora

Peter Zamora age 46, a resident of Nambe, NM; passed away to be with the Lord on October 24, 2015. He was born on July 6, 1969 to Mary R. Zamora and Pedro Garcia. Our beloved Peter has gone home to rest leaving loved ones behind. He will be deeply missed. He was a loving and caring son, brother, uncle and friend who loved with all his heart. Peter was extremely warm, caring, and a genuine soul. He was always laughing, joking and enjoying life, he loved to make people smile. Peter loved his family, friends and pets. He was a hard worker. He was such a selfless person. He was a beautiful person inside and out. His life was filled with “love and laughter” with so many amazing moments. Peter had a great spirit and a huge heart! Although he was quiet, his presence was always known. He was such an easy person to get along with. He had a very simple lifestyle. It did not take much to make him happy. Peter was taken away too soon; however, we know he was greeted in Heaven by his loved ones. He was preceded in death by is loving mother, Mary R. Zamora, father, Pedro Garcia, the Love of his life, Jill Mayo, grandparents Juan and Ignacita Zamora, brother Michael A. Jimenez and sister Louise (Lisa) Enriques. He is survived by his sisters: Mary Judy Roybal, and husband David of El Rancho, Dorothy Romero and husband Joe (Jimmy) of Nambe, nephews and nieces, David Roybal Jr., Veronica Martin and husband, Herschel Martin, Cynthia Romero and boyfriend (Timo), Cecilia Romero, Mary Jo Romero, Jesus Portillo, Justine Zamora and boyfriend (Carlos) and Elvira Enriques, great nephews and nieces; Eli Romero and girlfriend (Anna), Jordan Romero, Matthew Romero, Isaiah Michel-Kevon Martin, Elijah Marcus Martin, Camille Romero and Evan Romero. Great great nieces: Destiny Montoya, Annabella Romero and Jayda Enriques, step-daughters Kayle (KK) Mayo, Michelle Wilson and many other family members and friends. Peter, may you go in peace and be with your Lord and your loved ones. Heaven now has a new Angel to look after us. You will FOREVER be in our hearts and will always be LOVED!! A Rosary was recited on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Nambe, followed by Mass of Christian Burial. Interment took place at the Sacred Heart Cemetery following Mass. Please come share your memories and love with us in saying goodbye to a truly wonderful person.
