Phillip Santistevan

Phillip Santistevan Phil was just a regular guy with a beautiful smile and a personality to match, who loved to make people happy. He was generous to a fault even sometimes looking for homeless people so he could contribute something to help them out. He is survived by his mother, Mary Lucero, lifelong partner, Lucy “Luz” Rivera, his aunt Frances Garcia of Lancaster, CA, special cousin John Bueno of San Diego, CA and other cousins and relatives. Services at St. John’s Catholic Church will include a Rosary at 8:00am and a Mass at 9:00 am on July 6, 2017. A burial will follow at Rosario Cemetery.
