Our Father was a wonderful storyteller he would laugh and smile as he told his stories of his childhood in Canones with his father and mother and all his brothers and sisters and his adventures at the ranches he worked at in Utah and Wyoming. We learned so much about our family history and our fathers legacy from these beautiful reflections he would share of his life. Our Poppi (father) and Nana (mother) were married for 54 years when our Nana passed. Our Nanas last words to our Poppi as she held his face were Mi Amor por Eterninad (My Love through Eternity) they were like frijoles and chili inseparable and now together again through eternity. Our father will be greatly missed by many. Our Family would like to thank everyone for the beautiful loving support during this time.
Memorial Rosary was celebrated February 7, 2014 in Canones NM., at the San Miguel Church followed by a meal and gathering at the Community Center in Canones NM.
