Rafaelita Lovato, 88 of Chamisal passed away April 11, 2010. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose B. Lovato, children, Felicita, Henry and Ralph Lovato. She is survived by children, Alex Lovato (Mary) of Lake George, CO, Benito Lovato of Chamisal, Rudy Lovato (friend, Grace) of Albuquerque, Ruby Abrahams (Lewis) of Cheyenne, WY, Levi (Inez) of Chamisal, Elcira Edgerton (Maurice) of Denver, CO, Florian Lovato (Ivy) of Taos, Emery Lovato (Ramona) of Chamisal, Alexa Liszcz of Aurora, CO, Maria Garcia of Chamisal, Joseph Lovato (Elaine) of Taos and Elizabeth Valdez (Rudy) of Chamisal, grandchildren, Lionel, Joseph, Fred, Theresa, John, Rudy Jr., Melissa, Randy, Rudy, Michael, Andres, Michael, Max, Jacqueline, Diedra, Felicia, Jessica, Cheryl, Jeffrey, Jared, Chauncey, Jonathan, Kimberly, Vanessa, Jennifer and Zachariah and many other relatives and friends. Rosaries were recited on April 13, 2010 at Rivera Chapel and on April 14, 2010 at San Antonio de Padua Church in Penasco. Funeral mass was held on April 15, 2010 at San Antonio de Padua Church. Interment was held at the Lower Chamisal Cemetery.
