Ralph Garcia

+Ralph Garcia, a life-long resident of Valdez, NM died October 9, 2014, the Feast of St. Denis. He was born in 1940, the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi to +Luis Garcia and +Isabel Duran. He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings; +Luis Garcia, +Felix Garcia, +Mercedes Martinez. He has two sons; Fr. Dennis M. Garcia, and Lloyd A. Garcia, and their mother Dorothy Garcia. Lloyd and his wife Christine gave him the great joy of seven grandchildren; Bridgette, Feliz, Rafael, Monique, Maria, Miguel, and Gabriel. He has a brother in-law Jerry Martinez and two sisters in-law Mary Garcia, and Flora Garcia. His nephews and nieces are Berlinda Garcia (Joe), Nancy Cordova (+Reuben), Irene Garcia, Louie Garcia (Liz), Felix Garcia (Mary), Adelina Murphy. Carl Martinez (Dianna), and Brenda Martinez. His great-nieces and nephews are: Michael Rubio, Andrew Rubio, Victoria Martinez, Rachel Garcia, Valerie Garcia, April Garcia, Adelina Sanchez, Santana Garcia, Angelina Garcia, Kumiko Garcia, Zachary Garcia, Eric Murphy, Brandon Murphy, Stephen Murphy, Brandon Martinez, Maxwell Martinez, Charlize Martinez. His great-great nieces and nephews are Miranda Garcia, Joaquin Joshua Garcia, Analeah Brown, and a baby girl in the womb. A Vigil Service and Rosary were held on October 13, 2014. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial was held on October 14, 2014. Both were held at Holy Trinity Church. Interment followed at the Valdez Cemetery in Valdez, NM.
