Ramon Sandoval

Ramon Sandoval August 1, 1928 to January 23, 2013 Ramon Sandoval, age 84, passed peacefully into the loving arms of God on January 23, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents: Francisco and Marenita Sandoval; his children: Evelyn and Raymond Sandoval, Jr.; brothers: Adolfo, Fermin and Prudencio Sandoval, and his sister: Sofia Quintana. Ramon is survived by his loving wife: Eileen Sandoval; his children: Martha and husband Richard Rivera, Sharon Hogan, Gabriel R. Sandoval and partner Dominic Chavez, and Raymond F. Sandoval; Grandchildren: Evangeline and husband Lance Salazar, Thomas Vigil Jr., Amanda Hogan, Cynthia Rivera, Richard Rivera, Joshua Cortez-Sandoval, Andreas Sandoval, Samantha Sandoval and Tristan Jaramillo; Great Grandchildren: Elijah Salazar, Alexis Vigil, Infinity Vigil and Natalya Vigil; brother: Magdaleno Sandoval. Ramon was a life-time resident of Santa Fe and the owner/operator of Raymond Sandoval General Contractor & Concrete Construction. He was a Custom Home Builder for over 40 years and participated in the Parade of Homes for several years. Ramon was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed. Pallbearers: Raymond F. Sandoval, Richard J. Rivera, Richard G. Rivera, Thomas Vigil Jr., Elijah Salazar and David Romero. Honorary pallbearers: Gabriel R. Sandoval, Dominic Chavez and Thomas H. Vigil Sr. A rosary was recited on January 27, 2013. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on January 28, 2013. Both services were held at Santa Maria de la Paz Catholic Community Church. Interment followed at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
