Ramon Sandoval

August 3, 1940 — September 26, 2024

     The Sandoval family announces that on 9/26/24 at the age of 84 Ramon has joined our Lord. He is preceded in death by: parents (Ramon and Cleotilde Sandoval, Bertha Graham, Virginia Lopez, Soveida Romero, Henry Sandoval, and Julian Sandoval. 

Ramon grew up in the community of Ranchito's and Taos New Mexico. He was one of eight. He came from humble beginnings. Married, Mary Alice Montoya 12/31/1966 and went on to have four children. Ramon was a man of many trades (National Guard Sergeant E6, retired, Business owner for over 23 years, state of New Mexico department of public safety (Fingerprint specialist supervisor) retired.

His faith was what kept him going and he always had a smile for everyone. He was very professional in everything he did and his personal and undeniable relationship with everyone remained second to our Lord. He loved the outdoors and when he had time he enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and dancing (wow he could dance). What people will remember is his help if your vehicle broke down no matter day or night or where you broke down he was willing to help he was truly a friend.

     He is survived by: Mary Alice Sandoval (wife), Louella Romero (daughter) Patrick

 Archuleta, Eric Sandoval (son), David Sandoval (son), Vanessa Sandoval (daughter) Arturo Martinez, Alice Barajas (sister), Bernice Martin (sister) (Charles), Charlie Sandoval (brother) 

Grandchildren: Sequoia Romero, Zebediah Romero, Malakiah Romero, Tana Romero, David Junior Sandoval/Homes, Stephen Jr Nico Romero (Stephanie Caro), Isaiah Ortiz 

Great grandchildren: Stephen Nico III Romero, Mikaela Romero, Jayden Romero, Samara Romero, Riley Romero.

Many nephews and nieces relatives and Friends. 

Please join us October 18th at St Ann's Catholic Church 

Rosary 9:00 a.m. Mass 10:00 a.m. reception at St Anne's Hall to follow after Mass. 

Burial will be October 21st at 12:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be his grandchildren.

In closing "Your deeds and hard work are now done"  "Vaya con dios"
