1949 - 2025

Rev. Phil passed away at St. Vincent Hospital on April 9th with his wife at his side. He is preceded in death by his parents, Abe and Lydia Strom, and his sister Annette Strom. He is survived by his wife and extended family. Rev. Phil was born in the Bronx, NY but he considered Santa Fe, NM his home. He arrived in 1992 and immediately started the work he would continue to do ... help people in need.

He became an ordained Minister on September 15, 1997 and subsequently opened a counseling office serving people with a spiritual interpretation of the 12 Steps.

His radio and TV shows (Good Company, Heart Talk Radio, and Words of the Prophets, both radio and TV) are an inspiration to many and can be accessed on his Website: https://www.churchoftheonegod.org/).

He also produced a documentary on Amma which airs periodically on SFCTV-16)

He wrote a spiritual autobiography "God Is: And I Thought It Was All About Me: The Gospel of Rev. Phil". He also wrote and published "God Realization" and was working on the third book of the trilogy "God Heals"

Rev. Phil was a highly spiritual person who lived a life of service to the community and helped countless people by only accepting donations.

For him, the presence and hand of God shone through every action.

He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
