Rev. Patrick J. Chavez, 79 resident of Santa Fe, NM passed away on November 18, 2018. He was born on November 11, 1939 in Santa Fe, NM to Octaviana Rael Chavez and Esequiel Chavez. He is preceded in death by his brother: Carlos Leroy Chavez, father: Esequiel Chavez and mother: Octaviana Chavez. Viewing will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anne’s Catholic Church followed by a Rosary at 11:00 a.m. Mass will be at 12:00 p.m., with Interment to follow at San Jose Cemetery in La Cienega.
