Rhonda Maestas

We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved sister, granddaughter, niece, aunt, and friend. Rhonda Jessica Maestas,34 of Espanola NM, went to be with the Lord on July 30,2020.

She was preceded in death by her parents Manuel and Jeanette Maestas; paternal grandmother Vitalia Maestas; maternal grandparents Diego and Domatilia Ortiz.

Rhonda was the best friend you could have. She could always put a smile on your face. She was always there when you needed her. Rhonda loved spending time with all her nieces and nephews. She loved being in the mountains and going for wood. She will be deeply missed by everyone who new her.

She is survived by paternal grandfather Manuel Maestas; sister Roxanne Salazar and family; brothers Joel Maestas (Amber) and family, Joseph Maestas (Camille) and family, Justin Maestas (Justina) and family, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A Rosary will be prayed on August 7, 2020, 12 noon at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Espanola, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 1:00 PM.   Burial will follow at the San Jose Cemetery in Hernandez, NM
